UI/UX Designers

As a UI/UX Designer at SYNAXIOM, you will be the creative force behind the NIVOMAX platform’s visual and user interface design. You’ll work closely with developers and product teams to create intuitive, engaging experiences that resonate with our users. Responsibilities:

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that capture the innovative essence of NIVOMAX.
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to refine user interfaces, ensuring intuitive and efficient user experiences.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across the platform.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to translate designs into functional features, ensuring smooth implementation.
  • Maintain design consistency across all platforms, aligning with NIVOMAX’s brand identity and ensuring a cohesive look and feel.
  • Ensure designs meet usability and accessibility standards, adhering to best practices in UI/UX.
  • Estimate effort and resources required for design tasks, ensuring realistic planning and scheduling.
  • Manage and meet deadlines, adjusting plans as necessary to accommodate feedback or changes in project scope.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing clear design rationales and updates on progress in a holistic flow of information.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX design with a focus on cross-platform applications.
  • Proficient with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to adapt designs to complex data-driven interfaces.
  • Experience with usability testing and implementing feedback to improve design solutions.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and a commitment to inclusive design.
  • Proven ability to estimate design effort accurately, manage time effectively, and deliver high-quality work within project timelines.
