Senior Troubleshooting Specialist
As a Senior Troubleshooting Specialist at SYNAXIOM, you will be the go-to expert for resolving the most complex and critical technical issues within the NIVOMAX platform. This role involves diagnosing intricate software problems, guiding internal teams through troubleshooting processes, and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of reliability. You will work closely with development, support, and QA teams to identify root causes, implement solutions, and prevent recurring issues. Responsibilities:
- Lead the troubleshooting of complex software issues within the NIVOMAX platform, providing expert-level diagnosis and resolution.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and support teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Estimate effort required for troubleshooting tasks, managing priorities and resources to meet deadlines.
- Develop and document best practices for troubleshooting, sharing knowledge across the team and organization.
- Guide and mentor intermediate troubleshooting specialists, providing training and insights to enhance their problem-solving skills.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear updates on issue status, impact, and resolution strategies.
- Participate in post-incident reviews to analyze problems, identify process improvements, and enhance system reliability.
- Continuously research and stay updated on new tools, techniques, and methodologies to improve troubleshooting processes.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in a technical troubleshooting or problem-solving role, with experience supporting enterprise software.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of software architecture, systems integration, and common failure points.
- Proficiency in diagnosing issues related to software configuration, performance, databases, and APIs.
